Roll to One LLC ("Roll to One", "we", "us") operates the website rolltoone.com, the online store at rolltoone.shop, and the YouTube channels Roll to One and Roll to One Gaming. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you contact us. Our contact form collects the name, email address, and message you provide, and lets you optionally attach a file. We use this only to respond to you. Our support inbox is operated by Reamaze, which processes these messages on our behalf.
When you buy something. Our store is operated by Fourthwall, which collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details in order to process and ship your order. Payment card details are handled by Fourthwall's payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit the site. Our website is built and hosted on GoDaddy's Website Builder platform. GoDaddy sets cookies on your device to operate the site and to measure traffic, including _tccl_visitor, _tccl_visit, _scc_session, and dps_site_id. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, which collects device and usage data. We display a TrustedSite verification badge, which sets its own cookies. The GoDaddy platform also loads Google advertising scripts on our pages; we do not currently display any advertising on our website. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other independent analytics or ad-tracking product on rolltoone.com.
When you watch our videos. Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and some pages embed YouTube players. YouTube collects viewer data under its own policies and may set cookies when a player loads. We receive only aggregated, non-identifying statistics through YouTube Analytics; we do not receive the identity of individual viewers.
When you support us on Patreon. Patreon collects and processes your information under its own privacy policy. We see only the membership information Patreon shares with creators.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above to respond to your messages, fulfil and ship orders, operate and secure our website, and understand in aggregate how our content performs. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
SHARING
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with the service providers that make our operations possible: GoDaddy (website hosting and platform analytics), Reamaze (support messages), Fourthwall (store and order fulfilment), Google (reCAPTCHA, YouTube), TrustedSite (site verification badge), and Patreon (memberships), each acting under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law.
OUR USE OF YOUTUBE API SERVICES
Roll to One operates an internal software tool that uses YouTube API Services to publish our own videos to our own YouTube channels. This tool accesses only content and data belonging to Roll to One. It does not collect, store, or process data about YouTube viewers, or about any channel other than our own.
By interacting with our YouTube channels you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. You can review and revoke third-party access to your own Google account data at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
RETENTION
We keep contact-form messages and order records only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
CHILDREN
Our content and store are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
