These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website rolltoone.com and its content (the "Site"). Please read them before using the Site.

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding contract, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

WHO WE ARE

The Site is operated by Roll to One LLC ("Roll to One", "we", "us"), a limited liability company based in Brownsburg, Indiana, United States. We produce tabletop and gaming videos published on our YouTube channels, Roll to One and Roll to One Gaming, and we run an online store at rolltoone.shop.

USE OF THE SITE

You may use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else's rights; copy, scrape, republish, or redistribute the Site's content except as allowed under Intellectual Property below; interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or the networks it runs on, or try to get around any security or access controls; or use automated systems to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a person reasonably could in the same period.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and other material on the Site and on our YouTube channels are the original work of Roll to One, or are used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. Roll to One and Roll to One Gaming, along with our logos, are our trademarks.

You may view and share links to our content, and you may use YouTube's own share and embed features as YouTube permits. You may not download, copy, re-upload, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content, or use it for any commercial purpose, without our prior written permission.

THE STORE AND ORDERS

Our online store at rolltoone.shop is operated for us by Fourthwall. When you buy something, your purchase is handled through Fourthwall's checkout, and Fourthwall's terms and policies apply to that purchase, including its terms for payment, order processing, shipping, and returns. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are shown at checkout and may change. If you have a problem with an order, contact us and we will help, but returns, refunds, and shipping are administered through Fourthwall.

USER SUBMISSIONS

If you send us a message through our contact form, or otherwise send us feedback, ideas, or other material, you are responsible for what you send and you confirm you have the right to send it. We may use feedback and suggestions about our content or the Site without any obligation to you. We are not required to keep any submission confidential. Do not send us anything unlawful, infringing, or that contains someone else's personal information without their consent.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Site is built on GoDaddy's website platform and uses third-party services including Google reCAPTCHA, a TrustedSite verification badge, the Reamaze support inbox, the Fourthwall store, and embedded YouTube players. Our content also lives on YouTube, and we link to our page on Patreon. These services are operated by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them. When you use YouTube through our channels or embeds, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service at https://www.youtube.com/t/terms and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site or service.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is accurate or complete. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roll to One and the people who work with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date above, and your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
